Dylan Townshend Rizk

Dylan T. Rizk, 41, passed away tragically on September 28, 2022. He was born on September 23, 1981 in Denver, CO, grew up in Broomfield and later made his home in Lafayette, CO.
Dylan was a lover of nature, wilderness, and adventure. With his warmhearted nature and exuberant smile he never met a stranger. In his spare time he loved mining for gold and silver, playing video games with his wife and friends, and learning to carve wood. He was a licensed and certified arborist, and owned and operated Great Cedar Tree Service, providing snow removal services in the winter.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers who instilled in him a love of preparing and enjoying Polish and Lebanese cuisine.
Survived by his adoring wife, Angela Rizk; his parents, Michael and Deborah Rizek/Rizk; brothers, Alex and Ian Rizk; grandfather, Ike Sfeir; brother-in law John Cochran and family; as well as many cherished friends and family members across the states, in Brazil and in Lebanon.
He will be sincerely mourned and missed by all who had the joy of knowing him, as well as by their sweet pup, Pete.
Services
His ashes will be placed in the Lyons, CO Cemetery at 1pm. this Friday, October 7, 2022 during a memorial ceremony for his life. In the spring the family will plant a tree there in remembrance as he had wished.
