Patricia Graham
December 16th, 1923 — January 17th, 2015
Patricia Mary Graham 91 of Loveland, CO passed away Saturday Jan. 17.
She was born to Allen and Alice Perkins Dec. 16, 1923 in Boulder Colorado. Her family lived in Sugarloaf until Pat was in 4th Grade when her family moved to Boulder. She was a graduate of Boulder High. Pat married the late Harry Graham June 7, 1945 and they made their home in north Boulder for the next 50 years.
Pat was a long time employee (30 years) of Rock Flats. (no she didn't glow in the dark).
As a widow she relocated to Lafayette CO to be closer to her son and his family. After Lon married Maria and moved to Aurora, Pat found a home 3 doors down from her daughter. She embraced Loveland and loved the stores and restaurants. She was faithful to eating out each Wednesday for free pie at one of the local restaurants. Pat always loved shopping, so we hope Kohl's (one of Pats favorite shopping spots )will be able to keep its doors open with the financial pinch it will feel with the loss of her shopping sprees.
And we all miss Pat decorating her home for her two favorite holidays: Halloween and Christmas.
In her later years Pat's great love was her loyal and constant companion Mac, her dog a West Highland Terrier. She said in her whole life this was the only dog that was totally hers and she made a point of spoiling him. A friend once told me, when he died he wanted to come back as Pat's dog.
Pat was proceeded in death her parents Allen and Alice Perkins, her husband Harry Graham, 2 brothers Alfred and Roy Perkins and her sister and best friend Jean Iten.
She is survived by her son Lonnie Graham and her daughter-in-law Maria of Aurora. Daughter Cherie Gibout of Loveland, and her pride and joy, 3 grandchildren. Megan Graham of Lafayette, Christopher & his wife Megan Graham of Orlando and Shaun Graham currently serving at Ft. Bragg NC.
